Our services provide access to digital features only, and no physical products are delivered.
Refund Policy
- All subscription payments are generally non-refundable since premium access is granted immediately after payment.
- Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment was made due to a technical error
- The user was charged but premium features were not activated
- Other rare cases where applicable law requires a refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings.
- Cancellation will stop future renewals, but the current billing cycle remains active until its expiry.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations during an active billing period.
